Henry (Hendrick Paeldin) Pawling and Neeltje Roosa
Capt Henry (Hendrick Paeldin) Pawling-1 was born in England, perhaps in Buckinghamshire, Padbury. He arrived in America in 1664 as part of the military expedition sent out by the Duke of York and Albany to secure the lands given to him by his brother, King Charles II. He signed a will on 20 Jan 1691. He died in 1692 in USA, NY, Ulster, Marbletown. It is not presently known where he is buried.

Neeltje Roosa-2 (Wyntje Ariens De Jongh and Aldert (Aldertsz) Heymansen (Heymans) Roosa-1, Heyman Guysbert Roosa-A, Heyman Guysbert de Roos-B) was born about 1653 in Netherlands, Gelderland, Lingewaal, Herwijnen. She immigrated to America with her family aboard the ship "de Bonte Koe" (the Spotted Cow), arriving on 15 Apr 1660. She died about 27 Oct 1745 in USA, NY, Dutchess, Rhinebeck, around the age of 92 years. It is not presently known where she is buried.
