"Floyd A. Murray of Olcott, NY, husband of the late Zetta 'Peggy' Murray, entered into rest Wednesday, May 19, 2010. He was born in Lyndonville, NY, February 2, 1927, the son of the late Otis and Mary Bluhm Murray. He married Zetta "Peggy" Taylor August 20, 1949. Floyd worked at Harrison Radiator for 36 years, retiring in 1987. He has lived most of his life in Olcott, NY. Member of Olcott United Methodist Church. Life member of Olcott Fire Company. Enjoyed farming, playing cards and Bingo.
"Floyd also attended Lockport Senior Citizens. Father of [his children] and the late Scott D. Murray. Brother of [his sibling] and the late Walter, William, Harvey and Carl Murray, Alta Nicholas, Freda Silvarole, Jennie Holzman and Dorothy Payne. Grandfather of [his grandchildren]. Dear friend of [his friend] of Lockport. Also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery, Newfane, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family."
