John Odell-2 (Agnes Franklyn and William Odell-1, Richard Odell-A) was born on 12 July 1642 in USA, CT, Fairfield, Fairfield. He died at the age of 64 years on 16 May 1707 in USA, CT, Fairfield, Stratford. It is not presently known where he is buried.

Mary Walker-2 (Sarah Leager and Robert Walker-1, Thomas Walker-A, Thomas Walker-B). It is believed that the Mary Walker who married John Odell was the daughter of Robert Walker and Sarah Leager. This Mary Walker was born about 1641 in USA, CT, Fairfield, Fairfield. She died at the age of about 70 years on 18 Mar 1711 in USA, CT, Fairfield, Fairfield. It is not presently known where she is buried.
Most information found on this family says that the Mary Walker who married John Odell was the daughter of Joseph Walker (son of Robert Walker and Sarah Leager) and Vi Abigail Prudden, daughter of Rev Peter and Johanna (Boyse) Prudden. The sources agree that the Mary Walker who married John Odell was born about 1641. However, Joseph Walker and Vi Abigail Prudden were born in about 1646 and 1647, respectively. It does not seem possible for them to have had a child who was born before either of them were. However, Robert Walker and Sarah Leager had a daughter, Mary, born about 1641. No information has yet been found identifying a husband of this Mary Walker, nor has information been found suggesting that she died young. It seems much more likely that this is the Mary Walker who married John Odell.
If the Mary Walker who married John Odell was the daughter of Robert Walker and Sarah Leager, the line of descent is not changed. It merely removes one improbable generation.
