About William Temple Wilson
From Niagara County, page 812:
"William T. Wilson was born in the town of Lockport, Niagara county, N.Y., March 24, 1846, had the usual limited school privileges of the time and remained at home until his marriage. He moved then to a farm that had belonged to his father-in-law, Stephen Wilson, on the Lake road, where he had 186 acres of valuable land which he successfully cultivated until within seven years of his death. He then retired to Olcott, where he was an esteemed citizen and died there July 29, 1915. He was somewhat interested in politics and at one time served as assessor of his town and attended and gave support to the Presbyterian Church at Wright's Corners. He was a member of Somerset Lodge No. 639, F. & A M."
