"The first victim of infantile paralysis in this section is a mother of four children, who contracted the disease ten days ago.
"She is Mrs. Helen Freeman Caleb, 29, wife of Milford Caleb, Freeman Road, who died Saturday in the Meyer Memorial Hospital in Buffalo.
"Born in Middleport, she was the daughter of Fred M. Freeman and the late Mrs. Freeman, and attended Medina schools.
"Surviving are her husband, Milford Caleb; four children, * * *, at home; her father, Fred M. Freeman of Middleport; one sister Mrs. Sidney Smith of Middleport; and one brother, * * *.
"Friends may call at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, Middleport, from where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Leonard P. Ives of the Middleport Methodist Church will officiate, and burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, West Shelby."
