"Louis J. Mead Succumbs At 33
"MIDDLEPORT-Louis J. Mead, 33, of Carmen Road, died Tuesday (Sept. 18, 1979) at the Rochester General Hospital after a short illness.
"Born Dec. 18, 1945 in Lockport, he was the son of Homer W. Mead, who died in Jan., 1973, and Hazel A. Rosseau Mead, who survives, and lived in this area all of his life. He was employed at the Village Auto Parts Store in Middleport, and was a member of the Hess Road Wesleyan Church.
"In addition to his mother, he is survived by [his children], and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
"Beginning Thursday evening, friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock, and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bates, Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, Inc., 38 State St., Middleport.
"Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at the Hess Road Wesleyan Church, with the Rev. Joseph Liddeck officiating. Interment will be in Hartland Central Cemetery."
