Elmer E Wilson "organized a trucking firm in 1928, and was president of Elmer E. Wilson Inc. on West Avenue, with a fleet of 40 trucks. In 1933, he took over the Lockport agency for Ford Motor Co. cars on Locust Street, maintaining businesses in two locations. He sold the agency in the fall of 1935, and became representative of Packard cars and International trucks in 1936, operating the agency until 1951, at 427 West Ave. Mr. Wilson moved to West Palm Beach, Fla., in 1957. There he operated a service station and used car lot."
