First Home of Frank Bodendorfer and Edith Amanda (Cook) Wilson on Wilson-Burt Road, USA, NY, Niagara, Wilson. Person on steps is unidentified.

Frank and Edith Wilson's first house, which is still standing and occupied, is on the south side of Wilson-Burt Road, about one mile west of the junction with Beebe Road. When this house became too small for his growing family, Frank purchased another farm further west on Wilson-Burt Road, closer to the Village of Wilson, and built a new house. The second house is where his family grew up. After Frank's death in 1926, Edith and their children still at home

remained on the second farm. When Edith needed constant care, she moved into the Village of Wilson and lived with her daughter, Mabel Estelle Wilson. Frank and Edith's only son, William "Harley" Wilson, remained on the farm. The farm was sold after Harley's death.
