The Davis Family Homestead, with son George Oscar Davis as the head of the family, is located in the Tom Miner Basin, just north of the present Yellowstone National Park. The north entrance to Yellowstone is reached by a beautiful drive through the Basin.
The homestead has been lovingly restored by the B Bar Ranch, the present owner of the land on which the homestead is located.
