- This Index includes both Wilson descendants and their spouses. Under the Wilson Association Constitution and Bylaws, the spouse of a Wilson descendant is considered a Wilson Family Member.
- Most individuals are listed alphabetically by last name.
- Married women are listed under both their maiden and married names whenever both names are known.
- When the maiden name of a married woman is not known, she is listed only under her married name.
- When neither a person's first nor last name is known, that person is not included in this Index. For instance, if the given and maiden names of the wife of a particular family member are not known, she is not listed in this Index as "Wife of," "Mrs. So-and-So," "Name Unknown," or any comparable designation.
- When there is more than one person with the same name, additional identifying information is given in the Index.
- If you know where any of these individuals are buried, please let us know. Also please let us know if you find a person we have negected to remove from this list.
- It is our goal to eliminate this Index.
