fine morning 1 egg 2 slices bacon for break rested & wrote F. P.M. helped tie Eunice i comfort. eve Leon & Bonny called.
Letter Sent Home
Dear ones all,
Well I hardly know what to write it is rather quiet around here. I was out for a short walk Sun. P.M. toward night thats the last I have been on the street. Dr put me on a diet tues. morn. for five meals I had 10 tablespoons of broth & one cup black coffee each meal believe me I did not feel like moving around much. last night just before supper he come & said I was sugar free. so I had 1 1/2 oz. of meat, 2/3 cup broth 1/2 cup SaurKraut, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 cup tea for supper. this morn. I had 1 egg 2 slices (slivers) bacon, cup black coffee. dinner & supper are the same only tea for supper & coffee for dinner. he is going to make another test today. so can’t tell what the verdict will be. he kinder wanted me to go Hospital but told him I would try it here & if it did not work I would go later. but in my own mind I think nit. & if he don’t feed me more soon I will jump over the fence I might as well die with sugar as starve to death I can’t see any difference. Bill & Juanita went out some where Sat. & did not get back till last night they & Harry & wife i come over here last night I was in bed. Bill still wants to buy a lot. well I can’t understand why
I have not been getting more letters. none since the one you dated 17th I know you are busy but. Hope you are all well.

I will try to answer your letter I was so glad to hear from you how do you like school and what grade are you in. Grandpa is out trying to fix the auto wheel Aunt Phoebe ii has gone down town. not down town but down to the store little Helen iii is here with me. she will be three years old on Valentine day and is a very nice little girl. she has a bad cold so is not feeling very well just now
