This is the Winslow, Arizona, later made famous in the song "Take it Easy," written by Jackson Browne and Glenn Frey, and recorded first by The Eagles, with Frey singing lead.

From www.standinonthecorner.com:

"Until the 1960's, Winslow was the largest town in northern Arizona. The town enjoyed a prominent location on [US] Route 66. Yet this prominence faded and nearly disappeared when I-40, a trans-continental highway, by-passed the community in the late 1970's. Tourism based businesses felt the crunch and downtown business closed their doors. For the next twenty years, downtown Winslow was frozen in time."

In an attempt to reclaim some of its lost tourism, the town ultimately decided to capitalize on the popularity of "Take it Easy," and created the Standing on the Corner Park, which prominently displays an Eagle, a girl in a flatbed Ford, and a sculpture of a guitarist leaning against a lamp post.
