slept just dandy only puppies whined so (coyote) five of them shut in a building men run them down on horses & caught them. left c. 8 on thru dippy plains first 8 mi. 45 sheep carcases along side of road. roads fair stopped at Powder River, Wyo. drove in shade opp. Dep. side F. cars & ate dinner. 11 o’clock we stopped at “Hell’s half acre” pict it’s rightly named for it is sure a “H-of-a hole.” i

after dinner we went on & stopped at Sodium Lake. ii then thru Casper & Glenrock both oil iii on over hills farming near Douglas where we camped free g. not bill out ? 124 mi
